Michael Lawrence Demarest, 33, of the 300 block of Irish Lane, was charged Tuesday wtih second-degree assault.

Joseph Malizia, 21, of the first block of Hillman Court, was charged Tuesday with violating an ex parte order.

Ashley Elizabeth Lee, 23, who has address in the first block of Taft Street and the 800 block of Coconut Court, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which she is charged with second-degree assault.

Janae Cromwell, 21, of the 300 block of Stevens Circle, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Aberdeen police report:

Sarah Alexis Jennings, 24, of Pioneer Ridge Drive in Port Deposit, was charged Tuesday with theft less than $1,000.

James Franklin Peaker IV, 25, who has addresses on Horton Avenue and East 36th Street in Baltimore, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with marijuana possession.

A diamond bracelet and necklace were stolen in December from an apartment in the 300 block of South Parke Street, a caller reported Feb. 21.

A cab driver spit in someone's face Feb. 21 in the 100 block of South Parke Street.

Two male shoplifters were in custody Feb. 21 at Walmart, 645 S. Philadelphia Blvd.

Andrew James Vickers, 19, of the 600 block of Reckord Road, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, drug possession with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana packaging material. He was also charged with failure to drive without lighted equipment and having an inoperable light or signal.

Jessica Marie Mancuso, 18, of the 2700 block of Belgian Court, was arrested Monday on a Dorchester County bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving while her license was suspended.

Prank calls were being made to a business Thursday in the 1800 block of Harford Road.

Property was vandalized Thursday in the 2500 block of Rochelle Drive.

Items were taken Friday from a home in the 500 block of Whitaker Mill Road. People were also reported inside a vacant home Friday in the 400 block of the same road.

Mary Catherine Graham, 58, of the 2200 block of Phillips Mill Road, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol per se.

A boy was assaulted Thursday in the 2200 block of Melrose Lane.

He was also arrested on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while intoxicated and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Nickole L. Myers, 34, of the 800 block of Erie Street, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with second-degree assault.

A child was found walking in the road on Walnut Street on Wednesday.

Kenneth G. Brandon, 56, of the 1900 block of Chapel Road, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

A license plate was stolen Friday from a car on Pine Street.

Wood was stolen from a property Sunday in the 400 block of Oakington Road.

Havre de Grace police report:

A home in the 200 block of Seagull Drive was vandalized Saturday.

A wall was spray-painted Monday in the 400 block of North Adams Street; damage is estimated at $20. Police believe it is related to similar graffiti spray-painted in the 700 block of Bourbon Street about an hour later, Ofc. Jeff Gilpin of Havre de Grace Police Department said. The paints are similar and the two addresses are within walking distance of each other, he said.

An assault was reported Monday in the 100 block of North Wilson Street; no charges were filed by police.

A man in the 400 block of Webb Lane reported Sunday his small-caliber, antique handgun was missing. The man discovered it was missing when he began to look for his GPS, valued at $170, and couldn't find it, and started to check if any other items were missing from his home, city police said. The man said he had no idea when the gun, valued at $500, or GPS went missing.

A theft was reported Tuesday in the 700 block of Congress Avenue.

A front door was damaged Tuesday in the 600 block of Water Street.

Money was withdrawn from a bank account Tuesday was reported in the 300 block of North Union Avenue.

Donald Cochran, 59, of the 2800 block of Whiteford Road, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Vincent Carroll Johnson, 28, of the 4300 block of Cooper Street, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana, three counts of drug possession other than marijuana and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with driving without current license plates, unauthorized use or display of a registration plate, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, displaying registration plates of another, failure to attach registration plates to the front and rear and falsifying an official document with fraudulent intent.

A bank card number was "cloned" Thursday in the 1800 block of Deep Run Road.

A shoplifter was reported Friday in the 1600 block of Dooley Road.

Someone kept ringing a doorbell Friday in the 4000 block of Prospect Road.

Paul Trujillo, 27, of the 500 block of Frank E. Rodgers Boulevard in Harrison, N.J., was arrested Feb. 21 on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with speeding and driving while his out-of-state license was suspended.

Richard Antwan McDowell, 28, of the 400 block of Marsh Road in Wilmington, Del., was arrested last Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving without the required license and authorization.

Daren Young, 26, who has addresses in Parkville and Gwynn Oak, was charged Saturday with possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana.

Christopher Rinehardt, 23, of the 300 block of Bradley Avenue in Rockville, was charged Saturday with drug possession other than marijuana. He was also charged with driving while impaired by alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs, unsafe lane changing, failure to obey traffic control instructions and negligent, reckless driving.

Asim Unar Amin, 27, of the 4300 block of Wentworth Road in Gwynn Oak, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and drug possession with intent to distribute.

Matthew Figueroa, 22, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was arrested Thursday on three district court bench warrants in cases in which he was charged with speeding, driving while his license was suspended, driving without the required license and authorization, theft less than $100, second-degree assault, vandalism less than $500 and drug possession other than marijuana. He was charged Feb. 23 with fourth-degree burglary and vandalism less than $500.

Ronald Bush, 23, of the 300 block of Wye Oak Road in Essex, was arrested Thursday on a district court bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving without the required license and authorization, failure to display his license on demand and driving with unauthorized window tinting.

Stanley Phillip D. Auclaire, 27, of the 1200 block of Herman Road in Loris, S.C., was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana, illegal possession of a regulated firearm, possession of a firearm with a felony conviction and having a handgun in a vehicle.

Paul Carter, 49, of the 500 block of Boggs Road in Pittsburgh, Pa., was arrested Monday as a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

David Blaine Farley, 43, of the 200 block of South Belvedere Street in York, Pa., was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with second-degree assault and first-degree burglary.

Lawrence G. Hillis, 61, of Timonium, was charged Tuesday with fraud to avoid prosecution and obstructing and hindering police.

Thomas Sanders, 31, of the 700 block of Morreene Road in Durham and the first block of Carman Boulevard in Massapequa, N.Y., was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with marijuana possession.

Chester Johnson, 45, of the first block of Stony Chase Drive in Elkton, was charged Wednesday with violating probation in a case in which he was found guilty of stealing less than $100.

Marvin Smith, 23, of the 100 block of East Lawrence Court in Dundalk, was charged Wednesday with resisting arrest, obstrucing and hindering police and possessing marijuana.

Christopher McFadden, 23, of the 700 block of Ellis Avenue in Delta, Pa., was charged Wednesday with two counts of possessing a drug other than marijuana.
