Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Pierre Darrel Butler, 24, of the 600 block of Pine Lane, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault and vandalism worth $500.

Norman Alan Bakely, 33, of the 1400 block of Pulaski Highway, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case where he was charged with second-degree assault.

Richard Arthur Coss, 34, of the 700 block of Everest Drive, was charged Tuesday with distribution of narcotics, narcotics possession with intent to distribute and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Thomas A. Tuleck, 54, of the first block of Aberdeen Avenue, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with storing trash on a property.

Adam Martin O'Loughlin, 20, of the 200 block of Poclain Road, was charged Wednesday with two counts of possession of a drug other than marijuana and two counts of narcotics possession with intent to distribute.

Scott Philip Wiles, 39, of the 200 block of Bush Chapel Road, was charged Wednesday with a firearms charge, theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and rifle or shotgun possession with a felony conviction.

There was a rabid fox in the 500 block of North Paradise Road Tuesday.

A phone was stolen Wednesday in the 700 block of Gilbert Road.

Aberdeen police report:

An ID and bank card were stolen Saturday from a vehicle in the 600 block of South Law Street.

Money was stolen Saturday from a room at the Clarion Hotel in the 900 block of Hospitality Way.

Someone slashed tires and poured sugar in the gas tank of a vehicle Monday at Cook Motor Cars in the 1000 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A vehicle in the 600 block of Elm Street was vandalized Monday.

A fake prescription was turned into Rite Aid in the 1000 block of Beards Hill Road on Tuesday.

Amy Denise Phillips, 39, of the 300 block of Sunray Court, was charged Tuesday in a Baltimore County case with writing a bad check of less than $500.

There was a possible break-in Tuesday in the 1100 block of Splashing Brook Drive.

A vehicle was vandalized Tuesday in the 400 block of Oakton Way.

A vehicle window was broken Tuesday in the 300 block of Delmar Court.

An Xbox, Macbook and change were stolen from an apartment Tuesday in the 3600 block of Woodsdale Road.

Someone stole from the BJ's Wholesale Club Wednesday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

Two scooters were stolen Wednesday at Westover Lane and Howell Court.

Bel Air

Randall Bryon Oliver, 50, of the 500 block of Summervale Court, was charged Tuesday with several zoning violations in connection with five untagged vehicles on his property, including accessory use without a certificate, having a lawn service in an agriculture district, having a commercial vehicle in an agriculture district and four counts of having something on a property that isn't a permitted use in that district.

Eric John Britton, also known as Eric John Briton, 36, of the 600 block of Rock Spring Road, was charged Wednesday with driving while his license was suspended. Britton was also arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case he was charged with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Mauricio Dominguez Gonzalez, 23, of the 900 block of Ridgewood Road, was charged Wednesday with driving at a speed exceeding the limit and driving without required license and authorization.

Jayson Evan Atkins, 31, of the 100 block of Oak Moore Court, was charged Wednesday with possessing or issuing forged currency and possession of a drug other than marijuana.

A rock hit a vehicle Tuesday at East MacPhail and Brierhill Drive.

A Bel Air Police Department's vehicle was paint balled Tuesday at East MacPhail Road and Brierhill Drive.

Someone broke a car's tail light Tuesday in the 900 block of Pentwood Road.

Tires were slashed Tuesday in the 1200 block of Athens Court.

A sheriff's office car was hit by a rock Tuesday at Old Southampton Road and Moores Mill Road.

A vehicle in the 2200 block of Candice's Choice Court was stolen Wednesday.

Joseph Bruce Hinson, 32, of the 100 block of Edgewood Road, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree assault.

Chelsea L. Childers, 20, of the 700 block of Stanford Court, was charged Tuesday with failure to comply with a peace order, fourth-degree burglary, theft less than $100 and vandalism worth $500.

Dwain Maurice Gordy, 22, of the 400 block of Meadowood Drive, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case where he was charged with marijuana possession.

Joseph Robert Peterson, 44, of the 700 block of Sequoia Drive, was charged Tuesday with violating the terms of a dog license.

Anthony Dansbury, 38, of the 1800 block of Graymount Way, was charged Tuesday with theft less than $100, failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order and resisting arrest.

Michael Adel Abdel Gawad, 22, who has addresses in the 700 block of Rainbow Court and 600 block of Banyon Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was revoked.

A motorcycle in the 500 block of Freys Road was stolen Tuesday.

Two people were selling drugs Tuesday at the corner of Edgewood and Hanson roads.

Someone heard gun shots Tuesday in the 1600 block of Candlewood Court.

Sylvester Johnson, 53, of the 500 block of Franklin Street, was arrested on two bench warrants Tuesday in cases in which he was charged with driving while impaired by alcohol and driving while impaired by drugs.

A vehicle in the 800 block of Shawnee Brooke Drive was broken into Tuesday.

A lawn mower, hedge trimmer and power washer were stolen Wednesday from a shed at the Harford Center in the first block of North Earlton Road.

Havre de Grace police report:

A registration card was taken Monday from a motorcycle in the 300 block of Commerce Street.

A passenger side mirror on a vehicle in the 800 block of Pulaski Highway was damaged Monday.

A satellite radio was stolen Tuesday from a vehicle at Welsh Mechanical Design in the 1300 block of Brass Mill Road.

Property in the 1200 block of Tanner Place was vandalized Tuesday.

A mailbox in the 4300 block of Cowan Place was vandalized Wednesday.

A fraudulent prescription was reported Wednesday at the Klein's ShopRite in the 1300 block of Riverside Parkway.

Mark James Girvin, 26, of the 100 block of Tulip Drive in Conowingo, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with possession of a drug other than marijuana and seven counts of paraphernalia possession.

Michael Monaro, 32, of the 500 block of North Ellwood Street in Baltimore, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, possession with intent to distribute and four counts of possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Shawna Marie Brady, 33, of the 6200 block of Southern Maryland Boulevard in Lothian, was charged Sunday with failure to control vehicle speed to avoid a collision, failure to stop at a stop sign line, negligent driving, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol and failure to display registration card on demand.

Beth Anne Herr, 46, of the first block of Nakato Court in Middle River, was charged Wednesday with second-degree escape.

Lucas Wade Larsen, 21, of the 500 block of Taylors Island Road in Taylors Island, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case where he was charged with 10 counts of theft less than $100 and theft scheme of $500 or more. Larsen was also arrested on a second bench warrant in a case where he was charged with theft of $500 or more, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and unlawful removal of property.

Gary David Heffner Jr., 44, of the 100 block of Hawkins Court in Perryville, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended.
