The following is a compilation of arrests and recent incidents as reported by Harford County Sheriff's Office, Aberdeen Police and Havre de Grace Police.

Aberdeen

Gary Dotson Woods, 19, of the first block of Carol Avenue, was charged Thursday with possessing marijuana and a drug other than marijuana.

Andre Manning, 55, of the 400 block of South Law Street, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Sergio Griffin, 21, of the 1300 block of Tralee Circle, was charged Sunday with violating his probation for a case in which he was found guilty of trespassing.

Krista Victoria Yeager, 22, of the 1400 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, was charged Thursday with failing to appear for a case in which she was charged with having a suspended and revoked license, possessing marijuana, possessing a drug other than marijuana and making a false statement.

A shoplifter was reported Friday at Target, in the 100 block of Middleton Lane.

A TV and cable box were stolen Friday in the 300 block of West Bel Air Avenue.

A cell phone was stolen Friday in the 400 block of Roberts Way.

A tobacco violation was reported Friday at Aberdeen High School.

A credit card was stolen at Wawa, in the 200 block of North Philadelphia Boulevard, on Friday.

Someone pulled down Christmas lights Friday in the 700 block of Cambridge Avenue.

Someone broke into a vehicle Friday at Middleton Lane and Woodland Green Court.

Someone was shooting Airsoft guns at a vehicle Friday on Bush Chapel Road.

Money was taken from a cash register Saturday at Shell gas station, in the 1000 block of Middleton Road.

Shoplifters were reported Saturday at the Dollar Tree, in the 900 block of Beards Hill Road.

A purple 2009 Scion XD, with license plate H3076, was stolen Friday from the 200 block of Plaza Court.

A car window was smashed and coins taken Saturday from a car at Royal Farms, in the 1000 block of Middleton Road.

A pocketbook was stolen Sunday at Walmart.

A GPS was taken from a vehicle Monday at Mr. Tire, in the 100 block of West Bel Air Avenue.

Wires were stolen Monday at Routes 40 and 715.

A break-in was reported Monday in the 1400 block of North Stepney Road.

Abingdon

Gary L. Williams Jr., 33, of the 2900 block of Ruskin Court, was charged Saturday with possessing marijuana.

A burglary was reported Friday in the 1100 block of Splashing Brook Drive.

Tools were stolen from a truck Friday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

Paperwork was stolen from a home in the 300 block of Foreland Garth on Friday.

A vehicle was damaged by a firearm Saturday in the 3000 block of Emmorton Road.

Someone broke into a car Monday in the 3700 block of Mill Road.

Bel Air

Jeffrey Lindeman, 41, of the 100 block of Wallace Street, was charged Thursday with failing to stop at a stop sign, driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving while intoxicated.

Gregory Wright, 40, of the 600 block of East Broadway Street, was charged Thursday with violating an ex parte order.

Jessica Lynn Gibbs,, 36, of the 2200 block of Allibone Road, was charged Saturday with failing to display a registration card, driving on a suspended registration and driving without a required license.

A theft from a garage in the 1000 block of Henderson Road was reported Friday.

A theft was reported Friday in the 1400 block of Wabash Drive.

A needle was found in a parking lot Friday in the 2100 block of Laurel Bush Road.

An iPod was stolen Friday in the 200 block of Thomas Run Road.

A break-in was reported Friday in the 1400 block of Shirley Drive.

A washer and dryer were stolen Monday in the 1300 block of Salonica Place.

A wallet was stolen Monday in the 900 block of Redfield Road.

Belcamp

Theresa DeAngelo, 23, of the 2100 block of Halls Chance Lane, was charged Saturday with violating her probation in a case in which she was charged with marijuana possession.

Wood was stolen from a trailer in the 1200 block of Pearson Place on Friday.

Tires were punctured two weekends in a row in the 1300 block of Brass Mill Road, as reported Monday.

Churchville

A break-in was reported Friday in the 3100 block of Aldino Road.

Tags were missing from a vehicle Saturday on Rhineforte Drive.

A window was smashed Saturday in the 100 block of Glenville Road.

Darlington

Sandra Sexton, 54, of the 3700 block of Dublin Road, was charged Saturday with 11 counts of bad checks.

A rug was stolen Friday from a home in the 3000 block of Harmony Church Road.

A home was broken into Monday in the 3100 block of Deths Ford Road.

Edgewood

Brandon Baldwin, 23, of the 1400 block of Charlestown Drive, was charged Thursday with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and having a weapon with intent to injure.

Christine Marie Panoni, 44, of the 2800 block of Beckon Drive, was charged Saturday with failing to display a license and a registration charge.

James Wiley Easter, 46, of the 2200 block of Rosewood Drive, was charged Saturday with failing to appear in a case in which he was charged with various traffic charges.

Anthony Brown, 27, of the 1700 block of Ironwood Court, was charged Saturday with driving without a license, having suspended registration and having an obstructed windshield.

A theft from a vehicle was reported Friday in the 2000 block of Cherry Road.

A man was urinating publicly Friday in the 1600 block of Swallow Crest Drive.

Tires were slashed Friday in the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way.

A break-in was reported Friday in the 2400 block of Beaver Crossing Road.

A fence and four-wheeler were vandalized Saturday in the 1900 block of Harewood Road.

A break-in was reported Saturday in the 1900 block of Eloise Lane.

A vehicle was vandalized Monday in the 2300 block of Hanson Road.

Forest Hill

Timothy Christopher Scott, 45, of the 1200 block of Turnbridge Road, was charged Sunday with violating a term of license for a dog.

Christmas lights were vandalized Friday in the 2000 block of Garden Drive.

A break-in was reported Saturday in the 1800 block of Selkirk Road.

Havre de Grace

Brandon Ray Sexton, 26, of the 600 block of North Stokes Street, was charged Thursday with second-degree burglary and theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

A UPS package was stolen Tuesday in the 600 block of Spinnaker Way.

Two tires were slashed between Nov. 27 and 28 in the 800 block of Otsego Street.

A work truck was damaged Thursday in the 1500 block of Chapel Road.

A theft was reported Thursday in the 500 block of Franklin Street.

A vehicle was damaged with Silly String Thursday in the 100 block of Seneca Avenue.

A soap dispenser machine was vandalized Friday at Sparkles, in the 1200 block of Superior Street.

Four juveniles damaged about $50 worth of products at Weis supermarket on Saturday. They damaged produce, left a white substance in the meat section, scattered Nutter Butters on the floor and pulled items off shelves. They fled the area and were not found by police.

A bench by the lighthouse was thrown into the water Saturday in the 100 block of Lafayette Street.

A sidewalk in the 200 block of Giles Street and a door in the 700 block of South Union Avenue were damaged by spray paint. Police believe the incidents are related and are based on a dispute over a laptop computer.

A PlayStation game system was stolen Monday in the 1200 block of Battery Drive.

A counterfeit bill was passed at McDonald's, in the 800 block of Pulaski Highway, on Saturday.

Jarrettsville

Ronald Walter Stopford, 50, of the 2800 block of Sharon Road, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and failing to obey an order.

A vehicle theft was reported Friday in the 2300 block of Northcliff Drive.

Joppa

A violin was stolen Friday in the 1300 block of Pulaski Highway.

A theft was reported Friday in the 300 block of Foster Knoll Drive.

A vehicle was vandalized Friday in the 400 block of Gilmore Road.

A home was broken into Saturday in the 1000 block of Magnolia Road.

A tire was slashed Monday at Ellsworth Place.

Kingsville

A vehicle was broken into Friday in the 2800 block of Jerusalem Road.

Christmas lights were vandalized Saturday in the 800 block of Gary Drive.

Street

Cows were loose and causing property damage Friday in the 800 block of Holy Cross Road.

Edward Jay Gilmer, 33, of the 3200 block of Brendon Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Thursday with failing to appear for a case in which he was charged with several motor vehicle violations, including driving with a suspended license.

Michael Hamilton, 21, of the first block of Thurmont Court, was charged Thursday with failing to display a license.

Joshua Michael Marsee, 22, of the 1100 block of Harbor Highway, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault and false imprisonment.

Debra Lee Vaughn, 28, of the 7500 block of Fort Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Trinara Angelina Jones, 24, of the first block of Park Hill Place in Baltimore, was charged Thursday with violating her probation in a case in which she was found guilty of malicious destruction of property.

Marcus Charles Ormsby, 25, of the 500 block of Mount Lubentia Court in Upper Marlboro and Adeyami Durity, 25, of the 3200 block of Hone Avenue in Bronx, N.Y., were charged Saturday with two counts of misusing credit card equipment, making counterfeit credit cards and possessing marijuana.
