Both are being held at the Howard County Detention Center without bond.
Police said two men wearing masks entered the Med One Pharmacy in the 700 block of Lisbon Center Drive at approximately 9:30 a.m. Dec. 28 and approached the pharmacy counter.
The two, one of whom had a weapon, confronted two employees and demanded drugs.
The employees complied, then were bound with duct tape and zip ties and taken to the bathroom, where they were told to lie on the floor.

They drove off in her Honda Civic, then left the vehicle in a nearby neighborhood and got into their own vehicle.
An resident contacted police with the license plate numbers for both vehicles and a description of the suspects.
Around that time, a customer entered the pharmacy and, after waiting for someone to attend to her, found the two employees in the bathroom.
The employees called 911.
Meanwhile, after a brief pursuit, police apprehended the suspects.
