Bridge work

A crew from the crane barge Manitowoc in cooperation with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers lifts a grid from the walkway to begin fixing the cement at the base of the Pine River Channel pier in Charlevoix. Work on the project is expected to be complete by Nov. 1.
