Maybe that's asking too much. But Chastain appeared in seemingly every movie this year anyway, turning in great work in films both very good ("Take Shelter"), OK ("The Help," "The Debt"), very bad ("Texas Killing Fields") and everything in between. Runner-up for this award: Michael Fassbender, who killed in "Shame," "A Dangerous Method," "X-Men: First Class" and "Jane Eyre." |
