'Biggest Loser' auditions set for Chicago

NBC's "The Biggest Loser" has launched a 13-city search to find new contestants for the reality series' 14th season, and casting directors are coming to Chicago June 23.

They're looking for people who need to lose at least 85 pounds, are charismatic and "have the desire to change their lives forever." Just in case you haven't seen the show, contestants work hard with trainers Dolvett Quince (left above) and Bob Harper (right) to lose weight while competing for a grand prize of $250,000.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and legal U.S. residents. For those who are unable to attend a casting call, information on how to apply to the show and submit a video is available on www.thebiggestlosercasting.com.

Season 14 will air on NBC in January 2013.

Season 14 auditions also are planned in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami, Detroit, Kansas City, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Raleigh, Salt Lake City, Cleveland, Dallas and San Diego.
