Ron Burgundy coming back to 'Conan'

Before Ron Burgundy returns to theaters in December, the legendary anchorman will drop by "Conan" on Nov. 21.

Burgundy, who surprised the "Conan" audience with his prowess on the jazz flute during a March 2012 appearance, will sit down with Conan O'Brien to shill for "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues" and his memoir, "Let Me Off at the Top! My Classy Life and Other Musings."

"It's thrilling to be on the Conan O'Brien show, a top-flight show," Burgundy said in a release. "I'm excited to hear he's still on television."

"Anchorman 2" debuts in theaters Dec. 20, while Crown Publishing will release "Let Me Off" on Nov. 18. "Conan" airs at 10 p.m. CT weekdays on TBS.
