"Star Wars: The Clone Wars" is doing a little "WipeOut" thing in its next episode, called "The Box."
In the episode, Obi-Wan Kenobi remains undercover as baddie marksman Rako Hardeen, and he's so impressed Count Dooku that he has qualified for a tournament of to be named champion bounty hunter. Surviving "the Box" is the ultimate test.
"The Box is a technological marvel, a reconfiguring obstacle course where sloppy players are eliminated," says a LucasFilms release. Sounds a little bit likeABC'smocking showcase "WipeOut." You know, the show where competitors/victims try to bounce on big red balls and avoid moving arms, but ultimately end up in a mud pool?
Will Obi-Wan get muddy--I mean survive the Box--and thus foil Dooku's plan to kidnap the Chancellor? He has to face a dozen of the galaxy's most skilled and notorious bounty hunters, including Embo, whose bounty tallies last season were second only to Cad Bane's. Speaking of Cad Bane, he's not going down without a fight.
