Family Tree 9:30 p.m. Sunday, April 12, HBO "Best in Show" and "This Is Spinal Tap" director Christopher Guest does his mockumentary thing on TV in this half-hour comedy that's light on punch lines but heavy on laughs. Chris O'Dowd plays Tom Chadwick, a down-on-his luck Brit who discovers his family tree is ripe with eccentrics--not unlike his immediate family.
