WSBT-TV gets most AP awards in history

WeatherTelevisionEntertainmentLee Stevens

The WSBT news staff continues to set records for award-winning journalism.

The Indiana Associated Press held its awards banquet in Indianapolis on April 16. Six members of the staff and their families attended to accept the most AP awards in WSBT history.

The year 2010 was a record breaker with 18 awards… this year, we topped that with 20 awards!

This is one more reason why I, and you, should feel proud of the hard work and effort put forth by the very talented team at WSBT. Congratulations to the news staff, and I encourage all to pass on your praise for the many individuals who continue to shine!
