Colombian reggaeton singer J Balvin is the latest artist to sign on for the “Terra Live Music” Internet concert series, the Terra Web portal said in a statement in Miami.

The musician will give the concert in a live webcast on terra.com on June 26, performing a selection of songs from his most recent release, “La Familia,” which has gone platinum in several countries.

The 29yearold Balvin’s career is riding high in large part due to that album, which features singles such as “Yo te lo dije,” “Tranquila,” “Sola” and “6 AM,” with that latter song topping Billboard’s Latin Airplay chart.

SpanishAmerican pop star Enrique Iglesias has chosen the Colombian to accompany him on his latest U.S. tour, which will promote his “Sex + Love” album and also feature performances by American rapper Pitbull.

J Balvin has hit stardom thanks to hits like “Ella me cautivo” and “Sin compromiso” after a decadelong struggle to forge a career in the music industry.

Other musicians who have taken part in the “Terra Live Music in Concert” series include Spanish singersongwriter Alejandro Sanz, whose performance was viewed by some 500,000 people; Colombian pop star Juanes; American Latin music artist Jencarlos Canela; and Spanish crooner Alex Ubago.
