Kerber maintains top spot in WTA rankings

German tennis player Angelique Kerber kept her lead in the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) rankings released on Monday with 8.730 points.

US Serena Williams remains in second place with 7.050 points, followed by Spanish Garbiñe Muguruza.

The current WTA rankings and point scores are as follows:
