Mick Jagger to become father for eighth time at 72

The lead singer of the Rolling Stones, Mick Jagger, 72, will be a father for the eighth time since his girlfriend, American Melanie Hamrick, 29, is pregnant, as confirmed by the musician’s representatives.

This will be the eighth child of Jagger with five different women, as he is father of Georgia, James, Jade, Elizabeth, Lucas, Karis and Gabriel, aged between 45 and 17.

The representatives confirmed the information that had appeared in People magazine and other media.

Jagger met Hamrick in 2014 after the suicide of L’Wren Scott, who was his girlfriend for thirteen years.

Last May, his Rolling Stone band mate Ronnie Wood became a father at 68 when his wife, Sally Humphreys, gave birth to twins.
