“They would like to thank everyone for all the lovely messages they have received as Prince George celebrates his third birthday,” he added.

The photographs show Prince George in a variety of scenarios, ranging from standing on a swing, interacting with the family’s pet dog, walking in the country and posing for a portrait.

Porteous said that he felt honored to have had the opportunity to do the photo shoot.

Prince George has a sister, Princess Charlotte, who was born in May 2015.

Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge were married in 2011 at Westminster Abbey in London, an occasion that received a lot of media attention.
