Real estate agent Michael Levine and Sean Flanigan look over construction at Flanigan's new house in Remington Sept. 16. This and other houses in Remington are being rehabbed by Seawall Development Co., which also developed Miller's Court and Union Mill in Hampden. All projects are billed as affordable housing for teachers as a way to get them to live in Baltimore. Flanigan heads up the English department at Loyola-Blakefield High School.
