The upper Keys will hold a series of beer-and-wine events the weekend of April 4 for their second annual Key Largo Brew on the Bay.
On Thursday, drink homemade suds at the festival's homebrewing competition held at Doc's Diner, which will serve tapas and refreshments. ($15)
Friday is VIP-only day: Those with VIP tickets can attend a meet-and-greet with unspecified brewers including light bites and samples of the fest's beers. ($75)
Saturday is fest day, when those VIP-ticket holders can arrive an hour early and receive an event T-shirt. General admission tickets cost $45 at the gate and $35 in advance. Both price levels include access to roughly 80 craft brews, including lots of locals.
Sunday's event will be a "hangover brunch" of beer pairings at Rowell's Marina. ($30 single/$50 couple)
