Sushi-making and mixology lessons at Kitchen 305

CookingLifestyle and Leisure

You can watch Kitchen 305's executive chef Chris Wong make specialty sushi rolls and learn to prepare some of his sake-tinis every Monday starting March 4.

For $35 per person, guests will have the cozy lessons and then dine on miso soup, salads and Asian-inspired entrees at the beachfront Sunny Isles restaurant. Chef Wong will handmake rolls tableside, so this sounds like a lovely mix of chowing and learning.

And the best part about it is the cocktails are sake-based, so headaches and hangovers will stay minimal.

To make reservations, call 305-749-2110. Tax and gratuity are not included in the price.
