Recipe: Pisco sour

Served at the Living Room in the W Fort Lauderdale 1 1/2 ounces Pisco Porton 1 ounce fresh lime juice 1/2 ounce simple syrup 1/4 ounce egg white Ice 1 dash Angostura bitters Shake pisco, lime juice, simple syrup and egg white with ice. Strain into a rock glass. Add a dash of bitters. Makes 1 cocktail.Courtesy
