Miami-Dade restaurants: The county continued to attract star power, and three of my favorite restaurants are overseen by chefs with years of experience and success: the Bazaar by José Andrés, the Spanish-born chef's tribute to Miami and the Art Deco architecture it shares with Singapore; J & G Grill boasts Jean-Georges Vongerichten, who delivers his unique amalgam of French, Asian and American; and Estiatorio Milos by Costas Spiliadis brings an entirely new meaning to fresh Greek food.
