91 Jeff Cross, defensive end Career: The ninth-round pick out of Missouri was a mainstay for the Dolphins defense from 1988 to 1995. He started 107 games, finishing his career with 59.5 quarterback sacks¿fifth in team history. He made the Pro Bowl in 1990. He was cut in November 1996 after spending nearly four months recovering from back surgery. Salary in 1994: $1,122,500 Now: After retiring, he earned a degree in administrative studies at Nova Southeastern.His job was with Morgan Stanley; was in training at the World Trade Center several months before 9/11. He lives in Weston where he runs a small insurance agency.
