A theft suspect with "I'm Me" tattooed on his forehead was arrested, just hours after authorities circulated a photograph of him. Just before noon Oct. 27, 2010, the Broward Sheriff's Office issued a news release about Joseph Eric Williams, 19, saying he was suspected of stealing iPhones from AT&T stores from Miami to Wellington over the past two months. Soon after media reports, the detectives got a tip on his location. Each heist involved a thief entering a store, approaching the display area for iPhones, and pulling hard enough on one or two phones to dislodge them from security cables. Witnesses remembered the man's distinctive tattoo.
