The new work-at-home employees will provide customer service, sales, billing and technical support for Convergys clients in a variety of industries. Full-time (35-40 hours per week) and part-time (20-30 hours per week) are available.
The jobs pay $9 to $10 an hour plus benefits including medical and dental insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) and paid and unpaid time off.
Candidates must have a quiet place to work inside their home, a PC that meets Convergys' minimum standards, high-speed Internet access, and a headset. The company also is looking for people with customer service and sales experience to handle calls, as well as strong computer and keyboarding competency.
