According to police reports, multimillionaire polo tycoon John Goodman ran a stop sign in Wellington, ramming his Bentley into Scott Wilson's Hyundai, while driving drunk. A jury found him guilty of causing the fatal crash. Goodman was sentenced to 16 years in prison, but is free after posting $7 million cash bond, while his attorneys appeal the case.
