Deputies arrested Mathew Bennett, a registered felon, for flashing his junk at a young teen at a community mailbox in
The girl was allegedly approached by a stranger, later id'd as Bennett, who asked her the time. The girl began looking for her phone in her pocket. When she looked up, the 29-year-old Kissimmee man exposed himself and began touching himself methodically in an inappropriate manner, the release stated.
The girl went home.
The next afternoon, Bennet once again approached the teen and asked her for the time, as she was walking home, deputies said.
But later that evening, while the teen was driving in the neighborhood with her mom, they spotted Bennett, deputies said.
The teen helped law enforcement create a composite sketch of Bennett, which then allowed detectives to identify him.
Sounds like he'll be having a lot of time on his hands...in jail.
