Oh, deer, he just wasn't thinking... Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) officers arrested Kyle Edwards, 21, of Tampa on June 17 after receiving a tip about photos that had been posted on Facebook of a freshly killed deer and alligator, according to a FWC news release. Edwards big blunder: He was also in the photos along with his kill. Edwards told a FWC investigator he and a friend went to the property in Otter Creek in Levy County to camp and shoot his new AK-47 which he had recently purchased at a Tampa gun show. Edwards admitted to posting the photographs on his Facebook page and later removing the photos. He was charged with taking deer during the closed season and illegal taking of an American alligator. Both charges are misdemeanors. Edwards isn't the only person to get nabbed by the FWC because they posting pics to boast of their kill.
