Miami Marlins President David Samson takes a bite out of a taco at Miami Mex during a culinary tour of the vast variety of foods offered at the new stadium before the opening. Some of the Miami-only attractions: 1. Don Camaron, which has locations in Miami and Hialeah Gardens, will offer ceviche, conch fritters, fish croquettes and even an oyster bar. 2. Latin American Grill, which has locations in Miami Lakes, Doral and Pembroke Pines, will offer palomilla steak, Cuban sandwiches, empanadas, mariquitas and cafecito. 3. Papo Llega y Pon, the Miami hole-in-the-wall, will be serving up its famous shredded pork sandwiches on Cuban bread. 4. There's also a kosher area and Levy Restaurants, which has the concessions, is working with local farms tor provide farm to fork menu items. 5. Another area called Burger 305 at Section 19 will also offer signature food items representing the visiting team 6. Not sure about this one, but the raucous South Beach bar called The Clevelander has created a private 240-seat area with its own splash pool. They'll serve food, but also have dancers, body painting and DJs.
