Expect typical summertime weather this week, meaning lots of sun and heat as well as the usual chance of afternoon storms.

South Florida's Monday forecast: Mostly sunny with highs in the low 90s, lows in the upper 70s and a 30 percent chance of showers and storms. Feels-like temperatures, factoring in humidity levels, could reach 103 degrees.

Central Florida's forecast: Mostly sunny with highs in the mid 90s, lows in the upper 70s and a 40 percent chance of rain.

Tropics: The National Hurricane Center is monitoring two areas, one in the Atlantic and one in the Caribbean (the former Tropical Depression 7), giving both a low chance of developing.
