A policeman on a horse tries to control a crowd after a blast in central Nairobi on Moi Avenue on May 28, 2012. A blast ripped through a small shopping complex in central Nairobi and left at least 20 people wounded. Police sources confirmed several people were wounded and said they were investigating whether the blast was a bomb or an accident. The blast was powerful enough to rip the tin roof off the building and smash windows across the street. Kenya has been hit by a wave of grenade attacks the police have repeatedly blamed on Somalia's Al-Qaeda linked Shebab insurgents or its supporters.
