A jury acquits FBI agent David Farrall of a manslaughter charge that alleged he was driving the wrong way on the highway when the cars crashed, killing Maurice Williams, 23, and Craig Chambers, 19. Jurors said Farrall was drunk but they were not sure he was going in the wrong direction. The Florida Highway Patrol initially blamed the accident on the brothers, who were black and of Jamaican descent. Farrall went to jail to serve his 90-day sentence for drunken and reckless driving, more than 5 1/2 years after a head-on collision killed two Lauderhill brothers on Interstate 95. Farrall previously served just one night in jail after his January 2003 sentencing. He was freed on bond a day later while he appealed his case.
