Marcus Kilpatrick's cruiser

Florida Highway Patrol (back left) and Jacksonville Sheriff's Office personnel investigate the scene of a fatal accident involving a a JSO cruiser driven by JSO officer Marcus Kilpatrick who suffered minor injuries in the crash. According to Lt. Bill Leeper of the FHP the JSO officer was pursuing a traffic violator in the 8000 block of Merrill Rd. when an elderly man, Matthew Brice Ogden, 86, pulled his truck in front of the officer and their vehicles collided.
