Suing 'The Apprentice'

St. Louis attorney James W. Schottel Jr., 32, is shown in St. Louis on Feb. 8. Schottel, a lawyer and a quadaplegic, has sued producers of NBC's “The Apprentice,'' saying the tryouts for the popular reality show discriminate by requiring ‘excellent physical’ health of would-be contestants. The lawsuit seeks no monetary damages, but is meant to right a perceived Americans with Disabilities Act violation.
