Just as we did last week, we've got three different intervals this week. You know what I'm going to say now right? Start each interval with your walking warm-up and mental preparation.
Interval 1: Jog 5 minutes, walk 3 minutes, jog 8 minutes, walk 3 minutes jog 5 minutes with a 5 minute walking cool-down.
Interval 2: Jog 10 minutes, walk 3 minutes, jog 10 minutes with a 5 minute walking cool-down.
Interval 3: Jog 25 minutes straight with no walking and finish with a 5 minute walking cool-down.
