Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup gluten-free semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Drop dough by well-rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10 minutes. Allow to cool on baking sheets. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
