The season finale brought one of the biggest collections of special guest stars ever when Jack decides to tap into the liberal media machine to raise money and awareness for Milton Greene, who needs a new kidney. The range of singers and how many people he got for the concert can be described in one word: ridiculous. The show takes place in the TGS studio with the TGS staff admiring the greatness of the song and the show, smiling and nodding their heads as the song is dramatically done. The guest singers include Elvis Costello, Sheryl Crow, Adam Levine, Clay Aiken, Mary J. Blige, Norah Jones, Sarah Bareilles and more. Think of it this way: if I had two dollars, I'd give you one, wouldn't I? as stated in the middle of the song by one of the drunkards. They just really want Milton to get a kidney, so the artists express themselves in a variety of ways. The song is mainly begging for someone to give Milton a kidney. Anyone at all. Only three of the singers are drunk (more like plastered), and only Sheryl is getting paid (those mad guitar skills obviously). The song compares two dogs to one dog and two heads to one head (youd only want one head, right? Two is just too much!), adding that a kidney is much easier to give than a hand, for instance. What a hilarious end to the season.
