Costa Mesa website will let residents track public works projects

Share

Costa Mesa city officials recently unveiled a new website that will allow residents to track the progress of public works projects.

The capital improvements page was made with iCityWork. The interface has a map of the city, with buttons that users can click on to get more information about a project.

“Citizens are better connected than ever before and demand to be engaged,” Steve Ely, the city’s director of information technology, said in a statement. “The capital improvement project website is a great way to engage citizens and keep them informed about what is going on in their community. This will make the information simple to find and at their fingertips.”

The page is designed for viewing on any device, including desktop computers, electronic tablets and smartphones.

The URL is costamesa.icitywork.com. A link is also on the city’s website.
