Art lovers find plenty to peruse at Newport festival

Fans of paintings, sculptures, glass art, photography and crafts gathered on the lawn at the Newport Beach Civic Center on Saturday for the 14th annual Art in the Park festival.

Visitors to the free event could see and buy works created by more than 100 people.

Art activities for children were provided by the Chuck Jones Center for Creativity.
