Man suspected of indecent exposure in Fountain Valley alley
A 53-year-old man was arrested early Sunday in Fountain Valley on suspicion of indecent exposure after police received a report of a man masturbating in an alley, authorities said.
Fountain Valley police responded at 7:30 a.m. to a rear alley at 18533 Brookhurst St., where they found a man lying on the ground in a sleeping bag.
William Bowyer of Hemet was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure and was booked into Orange County Jail on a probation hold, police said.
Bowyer is on probation following an indecent-exposure conviction in October, according to Orange County Superior Court records.
In 2013, he pleaded guilty to lewd conduct in a public place, according to court records.
