LA JOLLA — Huntington Beach High lost to San Marcos, 18-5, in the tournament championship game Saturday night at La Jolla High.

The Oilers had previously rallied to beat host La Jolla, 7-3, in the quarterfinals and Carlsbad, 7-5, in the semifinals.

Huntington Beach goalie Marina Hyham had 16 saves and three steals in the semifinal win. Kalista Hyham had three goals and four steals, while Nicca Fallah scored twice. Bella Vucurevic had three steals and a pair of assists, and Ally Long also had two assists.
