HUNTINGTON BEACH — Dominic Sadeghi scored 18 points to lead the Lightning in their season-opener that was part of the Coaches for a Cure showcase at Ocean View High on Saturday.

Chance Kuehnel added 15 points for Sage Hill (1-0).

The Lightning play against Orangewood to open the Orangewood Academy tournament on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
