Laguna Beach improves to 2-0 in Orange Coast League with girls’ golf win

Laguna Beach High junior Abigail Bekken shot a one-over-par 36, earning medalist honors in the Breakers’ 201-259 win against Estancia in an Orange Coast League girls’ golf match on the Mesa Linda course at Costa Mesa County Club on Tuesday.

The Breakers improved to 2-0 in league, while the Eagles fell to 0-1.

Lexi Thorpe led Estancia with a 41.
