Families get their day at Lido Marina Village

Lido Marina Village in Newport Beach presented a free Family Day on Saturday afternoon featuring the unveiling of a kids’ boat fountain, plus live music, giveaways and desserts from Hannah’s Bananas, Sidecar Doughnuts and Modern Pop.

The idea was to offer visitors a look at what’s new at the revamped commercial center and preview what’s coming up. Stores and restaurants will continue to open through early 2017, officials said.
