Glendale fighters Karen Darabedyan and Alfred Khashakyan are set for separate title bouts when California Xtreme Fighting returns to the Sportsmen’s Lodge in Studio City on April 22.

Presented by Lights Out Promotions and Bash Boxing, the “CXF Gold Rush” card will feature four title fights, headlined by Darabedyan facing Joe Condon for a super lightweight (160 pounds) title.

Khashakyan will face Andrew Natividad for a bantamweight (135 pounds) belt, while Moses Murrietta (2-0) faces Matthew Spencer (4-1) for a middleweight championship and former “The Ultimate Fighter” contestant Cody Bollinger (16-5) takes on Jay Bogan (5-5) for a featherweight (145 pounds) strap.

Rob Gooch (3-2-1), who trains at Burbank Legacy MMA under Glendale’s Alberto Crane, will face Terrion Ware (13-5).

Armen Bakanyan (2-3-1), who trains at Glendale’s Main Event Gym, is also scheduled to fight Dmitry Gerasimov (5-4).

The 11-5 Darabedyan is Glendale High product who trains out of Team Hayastan in North Hollywood and Main Event.

Once a burgeoning prospect in the 155-pound ranks who holds notable wins over Tony Ferguson, Saad Awad, Jared Papazian and Rob McCullough, Darabedyan seems to be invested in a comeback as he’s looking for his second win in two months after having fought just once in 32 months prior to a March victory.

Condon (12-9) most recently fought under the World Series of Fighting banner and trains out of Victorville.

Khashakyan (5-2) has won every one of his fights via knockout and the Glendale Fighting Club-trainee is looking for another highlight against Natividad (6-6).

Tickets for the event run from $50-$150 and are available at 626-388-8888 or www.MMATixx.com.

Doors are set to open at 6:30 p.m. with the first bout scheduled for 7 p.m. All bouts are subject to change.
