DUI suspect arrested after injury crash in Huntington Beach
A Huntington Beach man was arrested Tuesday night on suspicion of drunk driving after an injury collision in the city, authorities said.
Officers responded to a report of a two-car crash at 7:54 p.m. on Gothard Street near McFadden Avenue, police spokeswoman Jennifer Marlatt said.
She said a driver had veered into oncoming traffic and collided with another car, sending both vehicles off of Gothard.
Jose Jimenez, 26, was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving, Marlatt said.
Jimenez was not injured in the crash. The driver of the other car suffered moderate injuries, she said.
