96. Adrian Dantley, basketball

He led DeMatha in Hyattsville to 43 victories in a row before it lost to Baltimore's Dunbar in 1973. Dantley went on to Notre Dame, where three years later he made National College Player of the Year and led the U.S. Olympic team to gold in Montreal. A Hall of Famer, the guard-forward was named NBA Rookie of the Year, twice led the league in scoring, played in six All-Star games and retired with a 24.3-point average.
