If the existing deluxe suites are not big enough or plentiful enough then the old Stadium should be demolished and a new one built at public expense! You the bourgeosie should be grateful that you are allowed to purchase $50 nosebleed seats
I've been going to the Stadium since the 60's but sad to say the place is a dump and still will be. Especially compared to (most) ballparks around the country. As they say, putting a dress on a pig its still a pig. A downtown stadium would be perfect, one would not be "forced" to eat bad ballbark food or struggle to enjoy worn out Philippe's (what the heck to people see in that tired place, yuk). It would be great to be able to stroll around the park and enjoy restaurants and taverns like (shudder) @ Petco or A,T&T. It says it all when LA strives to match their experiences.

I have visited 10 baseball stadiums around the country. Dodger Stadium is still the best, with the sole exception of McCourt's narrowing of the concourses which makes everyone exiting the stadium after a game feel like cattle going to slaughter. It sounds like Kasten is fixing that. To those of you who hate Dodger Stadium, stay home and watch the game on TV. In my opinion, Dodger Stadium is a jewel that should be given historical landmark status.
