Bill Plaschke’s favorite radio program is about to return.

Less than two weeks after the Dodgers’ elimination from the postseason, Dodger Talk will be back on 570 AM.

Kevin Kennedy and David Vassegh will co-host the program, which will air every Wednesday until spring training from 7-8 p.m. The first episode will air this week.

The program will include interviews with Dodgers players, coaches and executives. Kennedy and Vassegh will also take calls from listeners.

The renewed enthusiasm of the Dodgers fan base is evident on the show, according to Vassegh, who hosted the in-season version of the program with Kennedy and Jorge Jarrin.

“You can definitely tell,” Vassegh said. “They’re more positive. Even when they lost in the playoffs, the callers didn’t treat it like an ending. They thought of it as just the beginning under the new ownership group.”

Among the issues Vassegh said he plans to discuss: With key relievers and reserves about to become free agents, how will the Dodgers reconstruct their bullpen and bench?
