Update: Oklahoma City continues to thrive despite getting only 25 games out of Russell Westbrook so far this season. The Thunder is 19-9 on the road and just won a tight one in Portland, 98-95, on Tuesday. The Lakers lost in Oklahoma City, 122-97, in mid-December. The Lakers are 23 games behind Oklahoma City in the Western Conference standings.
