Ravens 27, Patriots 24
Patriots are ticked after that shocking home loss to the Cardinals. But losing to Philly left the Ravens testy all week, too. And the Ravens don't lose at home. Usually.

In an effort to disprove last week's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, the offense will go to running back Ray Rice often, but the Patriots defense will be prepared for that strategy. Without tight end Aaron Hernandez, New England will rediscover wide receiver Wes Welker, who gets out of Bill Belichick's doghouse.

The Ravens don't lose at home and they have to redeem themselves after losing to the Patriots last year in the AFC championship game and blowing a lead last week against Philadelphia.
Ravens 30, Patriots 20
Look for the Ravens to be angry birds after letting another Week 2 game get away from them, and who better on which to take out your frustration than Tom Brady and the Patriots.
Patriots 27, Ravens 25
Both of these title contenders are in disarray after tight losses last weekend. Tom Brady lost one of his favorite targets in Aaron Hernandez to an injury and another, Wes Welker, surprisingly did not start in their loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Meanwhile, down I-95 in Philadelphia, the Ravens allowed nearly 500 total yards to the Eagles and the offense imploded in the second half. I'm sure revenge will be on the Ravens' mind this week, but I see Brady and the Patriots beating them again.
Ravens 24, Patriots 21
With Lee Evans and Billy Cundiff no longer on roster, Ravens get narrow victory that eluded them in AFC title game. Offense back on track as Cam Cameron remembers to call Ray Rice's number more often while increasingly vulnerable defense is pushed to the brink by Tom Brady. Justin Tucker hits 50-yard game-winning field goal.
Patriots 27, Ravens 23
I don't think another clash between two elite organizations will come down to a late dropped pass or missed field goal like it did in January. But I wouldn't be at all surprised if it does come down to a late Tom Brady touchdown drive that foils a game Ravens' effort.Copyright © 2015, Los Angeles Times
