CLIPPERS AT DALLAS MAVERICKS

When: Wednesday, 5:30 p.m. PST

Where: American Airlines Center

On the air: TV: Prime Ticket; Radio: 570, 1330

Records: Clippers 13-2; Mavericks 2-11

Record vs. Mavericks: 3-1 in 2015-16

Update: The Clippers are 6-0 on the road and should be a heavy favorite on the first stop of a six-game, 10-day trip; Dallas has lost six straight and is averaging 82.8 points during the streak, which included an 80-64 loss to Memphis on Friday.

The Mavericks could be without double-figure scorers Jose Juan Barea (left-calf strain) and Dirk Nowitzki (right Achilles strain). The Clippers are coming off a 123-115 win over Toronto that left room for improvement.

“I thought we played OK; we didn’t play great,” Coach Doc Rivers said. “My job is to make this team not settle for good, for being happy with 13-2. We want to be great at the end of the game, throughout the game, and I thought we were uneven [Monday] night.”
